Meet the 4 members of our Willow Valley Communities fitness team who are featured in our weekday 10:00 AM Facebook LIVE videos. Each weekday morning, we go LIVE on Facebook at 10:00 AM with a new workout brought to you by our Willow Valley Communities fitness professionals. Each workout can be done from the comfort of your living room, so there’s no excuse for not staying in shape. It’s a healthy way to get together with your friends and family too, so invite them to do the workouts along with you.
