Lancaster, PA – Willow Valley Communities (“WVC”) and ACTS Retirement Services, Inc. (“ARS”) have agreed to no longer proceed with the organizations’ Strategic Alliance, which was established in May of 2022. The alliance brought together two of the nation’s leading senior living organizations in a unique structure designed to leverage combined strengths, expertise, and scale in order to serve their respective Residents.
While WVC and ARS have achieved many successes together and built strong organizational relationships, WVC and ARS agree that at this time, it is important to focus on growth and success as independent organizations. As such, WVC and ARS have mutually and amicably agreed to end the Strategic Alliance between the two organizations on or before December 31, 2024. Leadership from both organizations will be working together to make the transition smooth for all those engaged.
“Willow Valley Communities and the Acts organization came together to forge a remarkable relationship between two of the nation’s most successful and respected senior living operators. The Strategic Alliance was successful in many ways leveraging the best of both organizations,” said Willow Valley Communities Board Chair, Jill Gilbert. “We are proud of all that has been accomplished and, as independent organizations, will continue to work together in areas of mutual interest. We are excited about the future for both organizations.”
