We Welcome our Newest Residents to SouthPointe at Lakes

We welcomed our very first SouthPointe at Lakes residents during one of the rainiest days of the year.

Our newest residents are excited to move in to Willow Valley Communities whether it’s during a pandemic or a hurricane or can you believe both?! On the morning of August 6th, as hurricane Isaias made its way through our area as a tropical storm, our very first residents began moving into beautiful new villas at our newest community, SouthPointe at Lakes.

The beautiful new SouthPointe at Lakes Community is located on the southernmost edge of Willow Valley Communities’ Lakes campus. The 88 modern, yet classic villas of SouthPointe Park are already sold and new residents have begun forming a warm community.

The weather is looking fine with the sun is shining for subsequent moving dates as we welcome more new neighbors to our beautiful new neighborhood. Moving dates are scheduled throughout the summer and into fall.
