No Smoking Policy – Willow Valley Communities is committed to providing a smoke-free environment.  No smoking is allowed in our suites or on campus.  There is a significant room recovery fee for guests who do not comply. 

Lost Items – Willow Valley Communities standards include inspecting the suites after a guest departs.  If items are found, guests will be notified and arrangements for reuniting items to be will be at the guest’s expense.   Guest Suites is not liable for theft, loss, damage or destruction of the property.

Check In/Check Out Policy – Guests will be welcomed with a check in time of 3 PM each day.  Check out following the length of stay is 10 AM.   A late check out of 11 AM can be honored if arrangements are made at check in.   Guests who do not comply with the designated checkout time will be charged an additional fee of half the rate of the room they are staying in.

Terms and Conditions for Cancelling a Reservation – A fee equal to one-half of the current guest suite rate will be charged, per day cancelled within the window of cancellation for the following holidays – Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. The 5 day cancellation window is 2 days prior to the holiday, the holiday and 2 days after the holiday. If any of your nights of stay are within that window, and you find you need to cancel, to avoid fees you must cancel by the following dates – 2021 – Thanksgiving, you must cancel by Nov. 11, 2021; Christmas, you must cancel by Dec. 11, 2021. 2022 – Easter, you must cancel by April 3, 2022; Mother’s Day, you must cancel by April 24, 2022; Father’s Day, you must cancel by June 5, 2022.
