Honoring our Nurses

At Willow Valley Communities we’re honoring all of our nurses by celebrating Nurses Week, May 6 – May 12 and the International Year of the Nurse (2020 has been designated the International Year of the Nurse by the World Health Organization).  Nurses are our superheroes every day, but especially now during the COVID-19 crisis their bravery, compassion, and expertise are truly awe-inspiring. We wish to thank each and every one of them for all they do. We are so proud of our Willow Valley Communities nurses!

Please take a minute to watch this video of some of Willow Valley Communities’ nurses currently on the front lines. They amaze us every day.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has designated 2020 as the “International Year of the Nurse and the Midwife,” in honor of the 200th anniversary of Florence Nightingale’s birth. Nightingale was a visionary nurse and leader.

We salute all of our amazing Willow Valley Communities nurses. They are truly our healthcare heroes!
