Audiology professionals committed to your needs, wishes, and preferences.
Dr. Heather Eck joined Willow Valley Communities in 2011 and was instrumental in the development of the audiology department. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Towson University and later a clinical Doctorate from Salus University in 2004. Originally interested in speech-language pathology, she changed her focus to audiology after spending time with a friend with hearing loss and recognizing the effects hearing loss had on family members.
Before joining Willow Valley, she worked for an otolaryngology practice and then a hearing aid center for 11 years. Heather is credentialed with the state of Pennsylvania, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and the American Academy of Audiology.
Heather’s background has given her the ability to provide the most positive patient experiences possible. She aims to craft an experience that facilitates the best satisfaction with hearing aids using education, a focus on what can be improved, and implementing the latest products and fitting techniques.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband maintaining their flower beds, photography, and cooking.
Dr. Kerry Herrmann earned a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus in Speech-Language Pathology from Kutztown University and obtained her Doctorate in Audiology from Bloomsburg University in 2006. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology, as well as the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology.
Before joining IntegrityForward Hearing Solutions, she worked in a variety of clinical settings in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. She has a strong background in diagnostic testing and hearing aid fittings, maintenance, and repairs.
She strives to keep herself current on new technology and the latest research to better serve her patients. She enjoys working closely with patients and their families to identify their individual hearing needs, deliver exceptional hearing healthcare, and provide a better quality of life through improved communication.
Outside of her passion for audiology, her greatest joy is her family. She and her husband William are residents of West Grove, PA where they are raising their two children.
