“My Fitness Is Important, And They Understood That.”

When I moved to Willow Valley Communities in 2015, my main priority was to find a new routine to maintain my training regimen. I spent many years as a member of Red Lerille’s Health Club in Lafayette, LA. Leaving Red’s was one of the most concerning things about my move to Willow Valley Communities. However, after just a few visits to the Fitness Center, I was soon on a first-name basis with the staff. Now, I do three to four rides, three to four swims, four to five runs, and a few strength-training sessions per week – totaling between 12 to 16 sessions per week. When I competed in my 89th triathlon in June, two Willow Valley Communities fitness trainers accompanied me to the competition, and even helped me prepare and transport my equipment.
