Willow Valley Communities Team Members are an important part of our community. We believe in a Life Lived Forward, not only for our Residents but also for our Team Members. Our objective is to enable each member of our team to succeed. We reward our Team Members’ commitment to excellence by offering competitive wages, an outstanding benefits package, and fun job perks. Each Team Member will receive a benefits guide at the time of employment to clarify eligibility.
PTO is offered for both full-time and part-time positions. PTO is offered for several holidays, with the option to use it on an alternate date if they work the holiday. Team Members that work holidays receive additional compensation.
Many positions offer flexible scheduling to meet the needs of their personal life.
Team Members have access to the award-winning amenities on campus. This includes the fitness center and pool at the Cultural Center, at no cost.
Willow Valley Communities offers a Wellness Incentive to encourage our Team Members to use our Center for Vitality. By fulfilling the criteria, team members can earn additional PTO.
Willow Valley Communities offers tuition reimbursement for Team Members continuing their education in related fields.
In addition to the reimbursement, there are two resident-sponsored scholarships.
- The Team Member Education Fund: For Team Members that are continuing their education in undergraduate or graduate programs.
- The Mathias Brunner Scholarship: For Team Members attending LPN or RN school.
Nursing – Free, Paid Hourly CNA Education Program:
- The Willow Valley Communities CNA Training Program is a 15-day educational program. It is a full-time schedule, with shifts starting as early as 6:30 or 7 a.m. The program is offered to candidates Willow Valley Communities hires as Team Members.
Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance is available for Team Members and their families, at an affordable rate. In addition, Flexible Spending Accounts are offered to help to take care of costs that are not covered by insurance.
Willow Valley Communities sponsors Life Insurance for our FT Team Members.
All Team Members are able to to open retirement savings accounts, to begin saving for their future. Willow Valley Communities will make contributions on up to 6% of your earnings.
