Whether you want to start your day with a personalized, energizing workout at the Fitness Center, or wake up and walk a few miles outside, Willow Valley Communities makes this, and so much more, possible. Our innovative programming and amenities seek to enhance your mind, body and spirit and support a Life Lived Forward.
We offer a large fitness center in the Cultural Center, as well as satellite fitness centers in several communities on campus. If you’re interested in joining a senior athletic community, we have many residents who run marathons, complete triathlons, and compete at the Senior Games. We also offer fitness classes for seniors including yoga, tai chi, and many more.
